What makes The Barn BCS different from other wedding venues? We are a friendly, family oriented business in the Brazos Valley. We truly care about making your special day an unforgettable event. We treat our clients like family, we will go out of our way to give you the day you deserve!
Every event held at our venue is unique and will be given our undivided attention. We never book more than one event a day, you can be sure our focus is giving you and your guests an amazing experience.
Location
The Barn BCS is located at 3939 B Riverside Pkwy, Bryan, TX 77807. We are surrounded by an open field for beautiful sunset photography. Although we are nestled in the countryside, restaurants and hotels are a brief 15 minute drive from our venue.
Ceremony & Reception
Our outdoor ceremony space comfortably seats guests with accommodations for a microphone so that everyone will be able to hear the lovely vows. We have two locations to hold your special moment, the first: a wooden gazebo along with a beautiful stage. If weather inclements we can set up for the ceremony as an indoor event.
Our indoor barn-style reception area is just steps away. Our venue is custom built with modern, grand wood ceilings, and warm natural tones with minimalistic details that will suit every taste. Our venue is also wheelchair accessible with available accommodations throughout the venue.
Venue Representative. Never fear we are always here! Each event will be assigned a venue representative on property for the duration of each event! We are able to help adjust the air conditioning, restock bathrooms, and even help with caterers on the location and set up process.
Overnight Parking. If guests imbibe a bit too much, we allow overnight parking. Their vehicle will be waiting for them in the morning.
Inclement weather. Sometimes it rains on the big day, that won’t stop The Barn BCS from making your big day the best ever. We will move the ceremony indoors and set up in a timely manner.
Set up. We provide table and chair set up for both reception & ceremony. There is no need to worry about setting up or breaking down on your big day!
Bridal Suite. The suite contains a large mirror with lighting for makeup and hair. There is a private restroom within the bridal suite, the suite includes a comfy couch with the perfect view of the outdoor ceremony sites.
Groom Suite. The groom's suite contains a large mirror with lighting to make sure the groom looks his best on his big day. The suite also includes a comfy couch to relax and make memories with his groomsmen.
